Document Processing Terms

Authority and permitted material

You represent that you have authority to process and submit the material. Do not use SnoobScout to infringe copyright, violate confidentiality, evade access controls, process prohibited content, or make unlawful or harmful decisions.

Local conversion and transmission

The public converter processes its supported formats—TXT, Markdown, CSV, TSV, JSON, and HTML—in your browser. Selecting, converting, previewing, and exporting do not submit the original file. Remote schema validation sends the normalized JSON only after your explicit action. Starting an investigation is a separate authenticated action.

PDF, DOCX, XLSX, images, scans, and OCR are not currently supported by the local converter. Do not infer a local-processing promise for unsupported or separately approved workflows.

Accuracy, provenance, and authenticity

Parsing can omit formatting or misread values. OCR, where a future approved local tool performs it, may contain errors. Check extracted values against the original. Hashes can establish equality or change, not truthfulness or authenticity. A conversion trust classification describes the conversion path only.

Processing and subprocessors

SnoobScout may transiently process explicitly submitted structured content through configured infrastructure and model providers under their applicable terms. The original file is not accepted by the document-job endpoint. Consult the current subprocessor policy before submitting confidential material.

Storage, retention, and deletion

SnoobScout stores the final report, not the original document, raw extraction, normalized source JSON, or intermediate analysis payload. Reports default to 90 days and may use an approved shorter or longer mode. An authorized customer can request early deletion. Receipts, usage, payment, refund, dispute, and related financial records use a separate four-year baseline; security and audit metadata use documented category-specific periods.

Service limitations

SnoobScout reports are research outputs, not legal, medical, investment, authenticity, or professional advice. Availability, accuracy, and liability provisions remain subject to the general Terms and applicable law. 3Bee Entertainment LLC dba SnoobScout operates the service from Wood County, West Virginia.
