Supported text documents can be converted locally; SnoobScout persistently stores the final report, not the original document or normalized source package.

Implemented

• Local-only TXT, Markdown, CSV, TSV, JSON, and HTML conversion
• Separate validation and submission actions
• 90-day default report retention with early deletion
• Separate four-year financial retention
• Account-scoped access

Current limitations

• PDF, DOCX, XLSX, image, scan, and OCR conversion are not yet implemented locally
• Submitted structured content may be processed transiently by configured infrastructure/model providers
• Policy text remains a draft pending legal review
